Service Description

During 45 min in a warm pool you will get familiar with basic water safety skills and good practices for aquatic learning. Proposed activities are tailor made to you and your child to meet you exactly where you are in your water journey. The introduction session will allow you to confidently join PlayPool sessions or Child & Adult group sessions and develop aquatic skills in a playful and memorable way.

Cancellation Policy

Group sessions: Please, pay the booking fee to reserve your place Please note that booking fee is non-refundable since it covers the rental costs of the facilities. Individual sessions: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the session. In case of not attending or late cancellation - full fee will be charged. Emergencies will be addressed on individual basis
