Service Description

The initial consultation is a meeting 'on land' between me and you before we start sessions in the water. It takes place in a clinic room and lasts approximately 1 hour - 1.5 hour. During the consultation we will meet in person and talk a lot, so we can: - get to know each other - do a playful assessment - get you familiar with the facilities (the pool area, the changing rooms, access and exit points ) - discuss how we can prepare for our sessions and what support I can offer through my services Contact me if you have any questions, I will be happy to answer. warm regards, Anna

Cancellation Policy

Group sessions: Please, pay the booking fee to reserve your place Please note that booking fee is non-refundable since it covers the rental costs of the facilities. Individual sessions: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the session. In case of not attending or late cancellation - full fee will be charged. Emergencies will be addressed on individual basis
