When can I start bringing my baby to Baby Aquatics?
You are welcome to join group classes in Inspire when your baby is around 5 months old.
If you would like to introduce your baby to the water sooner, please contact me, so we can discuss available options.
How long are the sessions?
Baby Aquatic sessions are 30 min long.
Babies use a lot of energy during our activities and to keep warm in the water. This is an optimal time to make sure they are comfortable, happy and can make the most of our water adventures.
Toddler Aquatics sessions are 45 min long.
Toddlers are usually full of energy and ideas. 45 min sessions give us enough time to use them well.
How many people are in each class?
There is a maximum of 5 pairs per class. This allows individual approach and nice group of friends to play and learn with.
What do i need to bring with me for the class?
For the sessions you will need:
swimming nappy
baby swimming costume – with tight seals around the legs and waist to protect the swimming nappy
swimming caps for you and your baby

Do I need to be able to swim to bring my baby to the classes?
No, you don't.
The sessions take place in the shallow end of the pool where you can stand easily. You will receive professional guidance and support to make sure you are comfortable and confident in the water too.
Can I bring my family/friends to watch us swim?
You are very welcome to bring someone with you, but we ask that you use your common sense on the number you bring at once.
Anybody that enters poolside must wear change of shoes (or shoe covers) and abide to the pool rules.

You can pay by bank transfer (BOV), in cash on the day or by Revolut payment.
Online payments through the website are not yet available, but I am working on it.

Usually only one adult comes into the water with each child, unless we agree on a different number beforehand.
